Fulfillment Policies

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not provided for used or unused credits.
  • If you experience technical issues preventing you from using your purchased credits, contact support@textbolt.com, and we will review refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 days.

Subscription & Credits Policy

  • A subscription is required to send texts via the Gmail add-on.
  • Each subscription plan provides X credits per month/year, depending on the plan.
  • Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle. At the start of each new cycle, credits reset based on the active subscription plan.
  • Additional credits can be purchased separately if needed.
  • Subscription renewals occur [monthly/annually] unless canceled.

Cancellation Policy

  • Users can cancel their subscription at any time via [billing portal/website].
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Any unused credits are forfeited upon cancellation.
  • No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods or unused credits.

  • We are not responsible for messages that fail to deliver due to incorrect recipient details or external email service issues.
